Locked out of my apartment, I found them online. After a brief conversation on the phone, he met me at my place 30 minutes later and it took him about 8 seconds to open my door. Unable to find my keys in my apartment, he replaced the lock and gave me a new set of keys. As other reviewers have pointed out, he's very friendly and honest. I can't recommend him any higher.
I got locked out (again...) I called this company, the locksmith came within 20 minutes and open my door, he was very nice and professional (it took him 3 minutes to open the door), That's it, just wanted to say a good work.
I wanted to take the time to tell you how pleased I am with THIS Locksmith. I called on a weekday morning and explained I needed a re-key. In about a 1/2 hour David called and said he was on the way. He was at my house in what seemed like a few minutes. I explained what I needed done and he went gave me two options - i decided to go with a new lock on the front door and then have the other locks re-keyed. He went right to work. It took about an hour or so but he finished all the work including the key cutting. He also went over all the things he had to replace from the last locksmith, i.e. tumbler pins etc., that the last locksmith had done wrong. He didn't charge for this he just fix it. He also went over and educated us on locks and security features for our furture house.
I am thrilled to leave a positive review for this locksmith and all of his crew - I needed the locks in my dad's house changed and they did an impeccable job. My 94 year old dad loved them as well so thanks for the kindness and professional job.
Great service! Pricing was fair and they were very helpful in helping me determine what we needed. I made sure to call around different locksmiths, even tried service magic, when we decided we needed a new cylinder for our lock. They were able to come within an hour of me calling. I definitely would recommend them to any friend or colleague looking for a professional and reliable locksmith service.
After hearing horror stories of locksmiths, and hearing that my roommate had once spent $500 for a deadbolt repair at night, I was pretty scared of being ripped off. I called in the morning, and by 12PM they were in my apt (on time!) and gave me a very fair price for a deadbolt that i needed. He was honest and did an excellent job. I would use them again and recommend them in a heartbeat.

They are great. came to my new home to replace all of my locks last year. He was quick, efficient and his prices were fair. The key event happened several months later, when my 2 yr old son was locked in his bedroom mistakenly by an inside lock that was erroneously set in lock mode (fortunately he slept through it). I called their receptionist and she sent me a locksmith right there on the spot as it was an emergency. She even called to check in and make sure he arrived.
