We recently moved to Marine Corps base housing and out from the Yacht Club Terrace in Kaneohe. When looking online for carpet cleaning services it came down to this one and two others. Honestly, we just wanted to make sure it was done right the first time and cheap, but the other two higher priced had quoted a guarantee. So we were kind of skeptical to go with $9.99 Carpet Cleaners because we were worried about the quality of their work for such a low price.

Ryan was not only on time (not Hawaiian time!!) but he called 15 minutes beforehand to let me know when to expect him. He was courteous and professorial. Assessed my carpets and told me the exact cost upfront (very competitive pricing). 45 minutes later he was done and my carpet never looked better. I was so pleased .They really came through for me.

Carpet Cleaners did an incredible job on our carpet. We had tons of pet stains, and from that a horrible smelling floor. But now our carpet really does look so much better. The Service and the workers were very friendly too... i would definitely request their service again if i needed it.
