Super loud,people always causing trouble. My girlfriend hated it there. Management very unhelpful and rude. Place was always dirty. Don't recommend living here

Nice building spacious apartment. Front office is not helpful. Maintenance Is quick and helpful. Come furnished with AC nd heat nice close to downtown and the university of akron

This place is absolutely horrible. Let me tell you why!! Well when you first move in everything thing is fine and dandy. But as time passes you start to notice how shitty the management is. The fix absolutely no problems. They just pretend they care but they don't. Plus don't believe any of your utilities are included!!!! It's a trap. So they give you a $30 cap for each person who live in your...
