I thought I had reviewed Brian Olsen, manager and Woodbridge apartments six months ago, but realize it never posted. Darn! Because there is no better place to rent in Irvine than Woodbridge...

The apartments have a little wear and tear on them but still look good. The Rent up $120 after the first 14 months so that was a little bit of a hit.

The best part is if any issues occurs that need fixed and a ticket is placed for a fix, it happens almost the verify next day! We have had about 3 things happen and all was taken care of immediately.

The pool and hot tube are always clean...
