Although Watt's has a long history in Milwaukee, the store keeps downsizing, and the Tea Shop needs major renovation. A great place to have tea! The tea was very good, though at least two of us thought it should be served hotter. The sunshine cake was over-hyped. It was good, but nothing I would get again. Would probably go again.
