Administrative staff fails to understand the connection between quality of life and healthy activities. The following letter was writen concerning this matter. To date ( Nov. 9 2010) their has not been any changes made. My pushing for improvement lead to my dismissal. The patients deserve better.

this is not a place u should trust a loved one with. the people that work here are ghetto, unprofessional, and uncaring. in fact, i would not entrust the care of my dog here, let alone the care of a loved one.
