I brought my dog here when she wasn't feeling good and they found a huge sist that would have killed her. Needless to say they worked on her immediatly and she recovered. The staff is very friendly too.
This place is a rip off. They charge $48 per office visit, but the actual doctor only sees my kittens for 5min max. The remaining time was taking temp, weighing, taking questions by the technician. I have 2 kittens, they examine them at the same time, same room, but they charge twice!! Each fecal test was $50. They had to run 3 tests on my kittens before they said they were negative for roundworm. But soon after, I found a tapeworm on my kitten's tail. Another kitten is still having loose stool, which they said it maybe something else. So far, I'm not happy with their treatment.

I bring my 2 dogs here. The staff are superfriendly. The vets are great as well. I was very impressed. The groomer was friendly as well. My dog came in and she needed a good brush and a bath. I knew it was my fault. But when I came in, the groomer didnt yell at me or degraded me (a groomer in fremont did this to me and I never went back).
I am so upset with this place, that I'm having trouble mourning the loss of our dog. I believe that based on the treatment received from this place that we kept our 15-year old shepard/collie mix alive about a year too long and at a huge cost. When we brought him in a year ago to be euthanized, the Dr. persuaded my husband to run tons of tests (upwards of $700.00 for that visit alone) and to medicate the dog (for arthritis and a slight thyroid issue) at a cost of about $5.00/day. Then run more tests periodically to see if his liver and other vital organs could handle the medications. ...
I had a 130pm appt for my Yorkie with the groomer Keri (with 20 years of experience).she never showed up I waited for an hour and still she was not there. The staff was not helpful at all. Just telling me to wait and that she went to lunch. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
