I too, have never had an encounter like what I had yesterday...

I needed a movie for a themed party I was throwing that night and ran to Vangaurd around noon. The guy working the counter just kind of glared at me as I briefly attempted to look for the title, but there was no organization at all, so I gave up and asked him where it was. He huffed and puffed to a rack that was literally right in front of me and yanked it out like I just ruined his day.... Sorry you had to walk 10 feet?

When he went to ring me in I realized you needed an ID for membership and mine disappeared in the back...

i second the ""mentally disturbed"" comment. The guy behind the desk is SO abrasive. From the start, he wasn't of any help, which I wouldn't mind, but he got so angry just because I asked how long the rentals would be. Also, the place is poorly organized, so expect to be there all day looking for what you want. Small selection too, so you probably won't find it.
