Been banking with US Bank for about 4 years now. Staff here is helpful. Sucks that their ATM crashes a lot and has even taken my money without completing the transaction so had to wait a few days...

Employees are great but damn over two weeks the ATM is broke and there is only 1 ATM. This is not good for business.

Some of the staff from the defunct PFF still work at this location. Donna in new accounts is always very friendly and helpful. Both a walk in branch & outdoors ATM pretty safe.
