Tremont Plaza guest or not, you can wash down your breakfast, lunch or dinner with plenty of alcohol.

It was average. Not much more to say. There are so many other places with a happier environment. But I do love the hotel so it makes it convenient to have this right here.

Seeing a menu for in-room dining from Tug’s, I grew hopeful that I’d be able to eat before dinnertime. But, the kitchen, both for room service as well as in-restaurant dining was closed. Long wait for service and meals. Uninterested and unfriendly servers. Hotel managers and restaurant do not coordinate services.

Tug's is feeling the effects of a lack of communication of conference events and understaffing. We at there several times for convenience; however the food is only average while most of the waitstaff is pleasant. This place...

The only option was the buffet, which was $15pp. It featured mediocre bacon and sausage, waffles that were not warm enough to melt the butter (which was not out, I had to flag down a waitress and ask for it), piles of extremely stale...
