After being a loyal customer of Farmers Insurance/ The Insurance House/ Ken Silverman Insurance for almost 20 years with no claims or missed payments or even late payments. We have a small monsoon wind damage claim and the treatment by: The Insurance House on 2725 E. Broadway went from nice people to nasty/rude/threatening jerks.

So if you enjoy paying thousands of dollars in premiums for years with no claims, and expect to have great service after a tiny claim--this is not the place.
