John, There is no way for me to reply to your review so I am doing it through this site in an open forum. My name is Rich and I am the owner of The Gutter Guys in Wilmington DE. After reading your review, i want to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that our company has caused. We take pride in our customer service, and would never, knowingly, allow a customer to feel this way about The Gutter Guys. I paid a premium for gutters and heard all of the sales pitch guarantees. I was told the gutter would be installed by professionals with a guarantee that Gutter Guys will remediate any clogs or debris that prevent the gutters from working properly for the life of the gutters. After the first rain, I found a steady stream of water that was not being collected by the the new gutter. The metal deflector they installed on the roof is not working; I also get a steady leak from the place where the gutter secures to the house which happens to be over my patio door. Did I mention that I'm still finding and cleaning up debris (nails, brackets, metal clips) from my landscaping from the removal of my old gutters.
I called for service and was told I had to wait 8 or so business days before someone will come out to look at the problem. That time has come and gone... so I called again. I am still waiting.
Gutter Guys are solely interested in selling and installing new gutters. They are NOT in the business of providing any reasonable, responsive or timely level of support should you experience any problems with the installation or performance of the gutters. And to think, I agreed to place their sign in my front yard in exchange for a 10% discount. I would not recommend Gutter Guys of Wilmington, DE to anyone.
We used them on several recommendations. They showed up when they said they would for the quoting process.

The first day they came to replace gutters the machine was putting on small marks I wouldn't have noticed but the guys wanted to make sure things were perfect. That's a great way to do work
They just showed up. No one called to say they where coming.
