Terrible Bank!!!!! Not user friendly, online banking is awful and customer service is really really bad! Stay away from this bank!!! This is the WORST bank there is anywhere!!!! Get a good solid bank that don't put your money in other accounts like they have done me several times before I closed my account and went to Wachovia.

High fees, poor customer service, unanswered messages, terrible online banking service. Twenty five years with Sun Trust and high balances....seem to mean nothing. Worst of all....days of delay posting credits to accounts.
