Imagine celebrating your birthday just to spend 1 hour in check in, because front desk couldn’t find your reservation. You get told to contact a very common third party app, to fix it. Knowing you could wait 24 hours for a response and it’s check in time you upgrade to VIP chat services. Best in Long Beach

Excellent hotel. The facilities and room exceeded my expectations. The happy hour was well thought out and a welcome snack. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I will stay here again when I am in town; which is about every 6-8 weeks. Can’t recommend the hotel enough.

NOT WORTH IT

If you check out any days earlier than your original reservation, you will be charged for entire reversation check out date. I had to check out 5 days early and was charged for orginal check out date. The day i checked out was told the printer was not working and that my receipt would be emailed to me. I have yet to recieve an email yet. I have called multiple times and emailed several times....

Great for families

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which included 1 king bed and 2 double beds. Both rooms included their own bathrooms which was a plus too! Their breakfast buffet is great and you are able to make your own waffles which my kids loved! The only downside is that it states the pool is heated but it’s not, so if you don’t go swimming during the day the pool is ice cold!
