Help us make it rightMy oven broiler was just repaired by them, Tony, who was very professional, considerate, and incredibly fast. Had I known it would be so easy, I would not have put it off a few months to get fixed. I will most definitely call them the next time we have an issue with any appliance!
I called them this week to fix my clothes dryer.The tech found the problem within about 5 minutes. Had the part on the truck, an I was back in business within 30 minutes.
They are great - very kind and professional, not salesy or shifty at all.
They showed up promptly, found the problem quickly, showed me it was a small replaceable part when they could have said I needed a new heat exchange coil.
He showed up on time to check out my dishwasher, was efficient and had a part with him in his van, only did enough to keep the manchine running - he explained it's not worth it for me to spend too much on it.
I will call Otto again for any appliance repairs! He was on time (early too), friendly, and knowledgeable. He even gave me pointers on how to better use my washer and dryer to prolong the life. What amazing service!

Called these guys up Saturday morning, they had a tech out in a couple hours. Tony brought up an after market switch and knocked out the repair in 15 minutes. Highly recommended. On time, knowledgeable, very polite; The price was well within what I had expected.
Said he'd come at 10 or 11; showed up around 10:10, was done before 11. He knew just why our oven wouldn't heat up quickly, had the part in his truck and put it in quickly. Thank you guys!
