My son went to Signature from Vanderbilt on Nov 27th 2013after being recruited by Signature. Soon after arriving it was clear that he was having difficulty breathing, however, Signature assured us everything was fine. The following morning we were called at 8 am to say that he was being transported to Vanderbilt and that they were not equipped to handle his care. He left on life support and spent the following week in Vanderbilt trauma. A lawsuit will be pending.
