Jay and his helper did an excellent job on our carpets and tile floors. They were able to get all the grout cleaned as well. They are very cautious not to damage the walls with their equipment....

I've seen Jay work magic on carpet I thought was a goner. I've called him numerous occasions when a tenant moves out and the carpets need to get cleaned. I recommend him for houses and not condos though because his set-up requires a connection to his van.
