Absolutely nothing!\n\nEverything. From how we had to park to the looks and cleanliness of my room. The floors were still dirty, there was hair in the bathroom, the a/c leaked water all over the floor. It was nothing like the pictures on the Internet. The gym was horrible
I didn't care for the hotel at all.\n\nOur room was not properly cleaned before we checked in, the air conditioning was broken for our entire stay (we complained and nothing was done), the staff were not friendly and the amenities were not as described. Would rate 0/10 if I could.
The hotel staff were all great! They were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good, although typical. The lobby is beautiful. The only real complaint was the noise from the street. We were on the 16th floor and could hear people on the street yelling during the night.
