Poor service and stolen items

The move was fine - though the packers forgot to open kitchen cabinets and nearly left things in my old apt. Recently, when I went to collect my items from storage, two huge items had "gone missing" - an expensive looking chair and lamp. I guess this is what happens to customers who dare to complain about how their move went.
