I lived in RCA 2013-2016. The amenities are great but were much better when I first moved in. The connection to the Renassaince Center and the People Mover, the hotel amenities ( pool, hot tub, and gym) were great. I loved the proximity to Greektown, the riverwalk and Campus Martius. The owners of the convenience store connected to the building were amazing and I enjoyed seeing them on a weekly...

Solid place, but could be better

Pros:
-Concrete walls are a life saver. My neighbor has full on rock concerts in his unit and I don't hear a sound.
-Great value per SF for downtown (large units)
-Perfect location (short walk to office buidlings, riverfront, and greektown)
-Feels very safe here
-Recently updated common area that is kept clean
-Concierge is courteous and keeps your packages safe

I think this is a great spot to live for someone new to the city here! Very convenient location. The building has some very decent amenities that make it easy to get things done!
