If I could give minus stars this dealership would receive it. I came there for a brand new Nissan Sentra and left in tears. The salesmen, Mr. Seals was horrible! He seemed as if he did not want to come out and show me the car. He was rude when I explained to him that I could not find the car I was looking for online. And when he showed me the vehicle, I showed him that the pictures online were different from what I saw. It was straight downhill from there, I should have left but I really wanted this car. He took other phone calls while I was signing my credit application, barely spoke and when he did he was saying something offensive, and when it came down to getting my down payment I assumed that it could be withdrawn from my checking account. He said something along the lines of,"Well are your really trying to get a car today, I mean come on" I explained to him that it was my first time buying a car. He said, "well run and get your down payment and I will be getting your information from the bank". I was walking out to go get my payment, I reflected on my whole experience and felt that for the way I was treated I did not want him to receive commission off of the fruits of my labor. Especially when he was so disgusting towards me. Consequently, I decided to take my business elsewhere and I am proud to say I went to Premier KIA and got the best treatment I could have ever expected. Ray Brandt Nissan, you could learn a lot from Premier KIA of Kenner dealership.
