We used Rasmussen for carpet cleaning. They sent out some contracted cleaner. He specifically told us he was NOT an employee of Rasmussen and that he was contracted. He did a terrible job. It didn't even look like he had cleaned the carpet when he was done. Rasmussen has several 5 star reviews on different sites and the wording is suspiciously the same from site to site. They are obviously creating fake reviews. Well this review is REAL, and this company sucks. Avoid at all costs unless you want to get ripped off.
We had Andre and Mark for our duct cleaning. They were very professional and friendly. They explained everything to us before they started. We are very pleased with the outcome.
