When calling to check inventory the automated system did not understand even though I spoke clearly and precisely. It hung up on me twice. There is no way to talk to a real person. This is the worst customer service.
Went to the place on Greenwell Springs Road...I will never go there again...I got a radiator from them, and it was no good. Took the radiator back, complete with all receipts, as I was told to do by all the clerks if I wanted to get my money back, including the "warranty". Radiator leaked both in the core and the tank. Would have cost $90 to have it fixed, on top of the $44 or so that it cost....
Best of all, I know from my home if they have the car I need, save me the trip if they don"t have my vehicle, super clean and organized
