The staff was genuinely interested in my dogs needs and well being. Finally found a groomer that cuts my poodles hair the way I like and charges a fair amount. I will be back.

What makes me crazy about this place is not about having an accident. Our dog have water in the lungs!! great! can be an accident BUT, instead of talking about this and being professional, after an expensive bill to pay and a very very sick pet , the owner said it was not his problem!! really? you want a person like that take care of your dog? how " professional he is " probably most of you got...
