Been trying to get my insurance issue resolved for three months and the case workers keep mucking it up! I see 7 different doctors and am on multiple medications and they let my insurance coverage with my provider cancel. Do they care? No. Not to mention the times I've had them hang up on me or get nasty.

Franklin county job and family services is the worst in this state. I've needed their services in other counties such as Athens, Hocking, and Cuyahoga.

Even the directors office doesn't return calls. Hopefully the governor will help when I show him how these people are over the deadline and no one gives straight answers!

They deserve to have an actual assigned social worker to assist with claims! They deserve the services when they need them! Nitpicking for 7 months and not having a person to speak to is demeaning and dehumanizing! Shame on all of you for treating a sick...
