Northwest Exteriors replaced all the windows in our first home ten years ago. We had them come out and do an estimate for replacing the windows in our second home, and they're coming on Friday to put them in. We talked with Rick, and he was really great.

The company itself I am sure may be good. Service issues and the manangement is horrible. G.M. takes for ever to get back to you when you have a complaint. Not to mention is rude and talks to you like your a idiot. Find cheaper windows of the same quality from another company without the headache.
