Have entrusted the rehab of my one and only dad to the staff here... stay tuned. He had a half-hip replacement last Wednesday. So far I've been impressed. But he hasn't been there a full day yet. Will give five stars, but only because I can't publish this without a star rating. Here's hoping for the very best!

This place hear.....man if this place had a better....office staff it will be a okay place to work. And lord no the residents there unhappy also.

5 Star on CMS....Deficiency free facility

Your loved one will receive the minimum level of care that the law will allow. I do not recommend this facility for long-term care. Ultimately, my experience with this facility has led me to believe that euthanasia should be a viable health care option in this country.
