plumber's work had to be redone completely by a competent plumber. I had northstar at my house to install sinks, tubs and basic plumbing. All fixtures leaked. Leaks ruined wood floors. Called plumber to fix leaks. He returned and leaks remained. He didnt install faucets correctly. He maintained defective equipment. I soon realized he was ""way in over his head"" with my money in tow. I have since hired a new plumber that has fixed ALL of his problems. The new plumber installed the ""defective"" items and they are working correctly. The new plumber has the water pressure in all...

I called North Star when I had a leak in a rental house. They responded quickly, but had to come out two different times to fix the problem. They didn't charge for second trip though.
