Checked Consumer Reports for car battery for my Toyota. Napa was one possibility. Phoned for info. wrote it down. Went to store was told this info is for Ford. No battery for your car but we can order it. Came back when batt came in. it didn't fit. Asked mgr "Bruce" for help. he rolled his eyes. Showed him my situation outside he said nothing he could do. Told me I was nothing but trouble, get a refund! Went to Burbank Pep Boys got 36mos instead of 24 for almost same price. Out in 5 minutes. Great service. I was a fool to endure 3 days of abuse at Glendale Napa Auto Parts and come away but NOTHING but frustration, loss of time and precious gasoline.
