I like to know exactly what I am getting before I get it and what options I have. Although I am very happy with the results and would use Muse again, being out of the area was stressful. I trust Muse to do what they say and they spent a lot of time with me, but I would have been happier not have to research Trane's website to know what exactly I was getting. They called 10 minutes after requesting the service and came out within 30 minutes of the request. Tech was amazing, very helpful and professional. All of this was during weekend repair call
