I called about my tree having termites. He called and quoted me $60. I told him I would have to talk to my husband. I called him back with the go ahead. He never came. I called a few days later. What did I quote you? $80, $100? No, $60. He said he would come. Again, never showed up. I called to make an appt. He didn't want to set an appt. Said I didn't need to be there for him to treat the tree. I said we'd like to be there. He still didn't set an appt. He never showed up at all! If you want a dependable arborist, this is NOT the company to call!!!
