Bottom of the barrel, if my car broke down in there driveway, I'd call for a towtruck. My girlfriend had 4 tires done there, and came home with 4 gouged wheels. They are 400 each and very rare. my car got some brake problems. they wanted 500 for fixing it. They also mentioned some exhausting problems which they wanted another 400 to fix. what a rip off!!!!!!!! i would never go there again!

These guys worked on my vehicles multiples times over a period of 3 years. THEIR INCOMPETENCE GREW INCREMENTALLY! They use inferior quality parts, do inferior quality work and all that talk about "lifetime warranty" is false! From brakes to struts and steering repair, these guys are the limit! WANT TO JUNK YOUR CAR ... LET MONRO MUFFLER DO IT FOR YOU. That's their specialty!!

Daughter had brakes checked for squeal in brakes and they took them all apart and told her she needed a complete brake job on the front. No car needs everything they did when it was done a year ago, and had less than 5,000 miles since then. They socked her for $500. in repairs, because she was a person that knew little about cars. Monro Muffler and Brake damaged the from drive shaft on my car when they inspected it. They refuse to repair it and are very unfriendly and non professional when i came back to them the same afternoon. I now have to repair it myself for $500.Student Rochester NY
