I called Sears about 7 weeks ago as my TV had stopped working. It took 2 weeks for the repairman to come to my house. He, Ralph, diagnosed the problem and called Sears telling them what he thought the problem was. It would of been a screen panel replacement or a minor problem when require a new part. Service was good; had problems deciding who was going to pay for repairs - me or my contract. Spent about an hour on that. Things were not decided before serviceman came to house.

Although the repairman was very nice He never touched our TV. He confirmed the updates that were to be done and never cleaned it!!!!!!!!!!!! Which is why we had them come out!

The repairman was very polite and professional. He serviced our TV's and even advised us on what to do on another appliance. My dogs loved him so much.

Repair tech was quite vigiliant with his work trying to find out why my elite washing machine would not work, after several attempts, which was very tedious and cumbersome, at last the problem was resolved. His fortitude, knowledge, courtiousness, attitude were all good qualtities which he possessed and he worked well..

However Sears way of doing business is
horrid. DON'T BLAME THE REPAIR...
