I will not even give this place 1/2 a star. How much I regret not seeing these reviews before I got her services for my daughters sweet 16 on August 9th. I believe that all of the reviews by far...

The owner is rude, she needs a reality check on who needs who. I got there and hr early for some ribbons..... RIBBONS!!! And she tells me "I TOLD YOU 1pm!!" Not even exaggerating on the yelling. Granted I did get there early, but she didnt have to be so rude about it. I decided to get there at 1:20 she still wasnt …

I decided to rent tables and chairs from Minerva's for my son's birthday party. Not only was she late to deliver, but the quality of the tables and chairs was horrible! The tablecloths I also rented were dirty and stained and like the other reviewer stated, we had to unload her truck. The owner is rude and does not value her customers. Needless to say, I will not be visiting this location again.
