My mother-in-law died last spring. We traveled from out of state to handle her affairs. We met with Millchell and they said they would handle it. Then after months of not returning our e-mails or telephone calls, they suddenly decided to tell us that they didn't want to handle our estate sale because they wouldn't be able to make much money from an estate sale in Benbrook. Why they couldn't have told us this before they even met with us is completely beyond me. Now we have to travel back to Ft. Worth to find someone else to handle the sale.
