Back again. Haven't visited in a few years but still the same - and that's a good thing. Same 60's style food, hospitable service, over-sized portions, and low prices. They even validate for parking in the garage across the street. Always my favorite, always local, always Mexican Manhattan.

We have eaten at the manhattan for the past 25 years. What most attracts me to this restaurant is that the food always tastes the same. Sat in the bar off of river walk during happy hour. Restaurant had specials on drinks and appetizers during happy hour along with chips and salsa. The drinks were good and appetizers alright but nothing spectacular. It was alright to people watch, and have a few drinks at a reasonable price.
