Very helpful staff on showroom floor. Took the time to show me all of the cleaning chemicals and accessories and cleaning equipment like vacs and floor machines. I left with a smile on my face and feel like I just made some new friends. Thanks Messners : )

We bought a carpet extractor (shampooer) from Messner and have been happy with its operation. Replacement parts are expensive, but doubt that is Messner's fault. They also carry a lot of cleaning and kitchen equipment.
