My dad was here in the memory care floor and has dementia. His physical needs didn't get meet and even got neglected. He went in happy and healthy and 6 months later had bed sores, diaper rash, bruises, dirty and very agitated and unhappy. There have been cutbacks, under staffed, and if you complain they treaten you "that this place might not be a good fit", not to forget the cost went up 50%...
