Avoid this place!! I took two cars there. On the first one, when they performed a coolant flush, they refilled the radiator with plain water, and I got a flat tire from a nail when I drove away from the shop. I was very upset with the service I received from Meineke. I took my car in to get the brakes replaced. When I went back to pick up my car, the mechanic took it upon himself to do more work then I asked for and charged me , without ever calling me to ask if that was alright. Dont let the nice building fool you. Owner without a doubt has horrible customer service. All the bays are closed when we pulled up, The lobby lights were off could not see....Owner failed to stand by the warranty of the parts that were installed on the vehicle.
