my car was towed in because it turned over but would not continue running. I have been to this Meineke in the past and felt that they were reasonable and reliable. I didn't read the reviews or I would not have gone there. I am happy that I went there. They repaired my car and it has been running great ever since. Albert, the mechanic kept me informed and provided great service. I would go there again. Tina M.

Yesterday my truck started making this loud squeaking. So I took it to Meineke in Aliso Viejo. They told me that both rear break rotors were cracked and need replacing along with the rear breaks. $347.00. Horrible service!! The manager skipped over us for some lady in a skirt and then some guy in a super nice car as we are waiting there for 10 minutes before anybody help me. Then came to help us finally went back to his office and helped some other guy instead and left me waiting there once again. Waited a few minutes nothing happened so I left.
