Past visits to Manifesto had very slow service, but this was different. The service has improved and was not slow this visit. Food and wine list are excellent.

Manifesto is a spot for people who share the love for scotch, fine rustic tuscan food and beautiful space. Located across from the State House, and steps away from The Ohio Theatre. We're down the street from the Sheraton and blocks away from the Westin and Double Tree Hotels. Manifesto offers a full bar, great wine list, patio with stunning views of downtown, as well as private dining spaces.
