I contacted the management of Madison Towers with the intention of signing a lease with the company. My mail was replied by Lisa Daley the Assistant Manager who told me to send 2 separate money orders to her. One money order was to pay an application fee whilst the second was a security deposit for the apartment. I sent the cheques via Fedex and specifically requested they be signed for upon...
