I received my bill today (1/31/15) with the new rates, and was blown away. My bill for last month was $78.23. If the current rates applied to last months usage my bill would have been $90.06. That's a difference of $11.83, or an increase of 15.12%! My current bill is $92.90. At the old rates my bill would have been $81.22. That's a difference of $11.68, or 14.38% That's quite an increase!
