I really like the facials and my skin has definitely started to clear. I think they could improve upon is the music, it is kind of loud and is fast paced, it makes the environment not very relaxing. They should switch it so some soothing spa music.

I've lived in Bay Area for a year now & have been looking for a brow girl.. It's easy in LA but in SF it seemed impossible... Until I met my girl Natalie Morris, who I followed from her previous salon & now at Lucid Beauty in Hayes Valley. Natalie does my lashes, eye brows & facials. Love her!!Petra

You dont need go go downtown to find wonderful skincare. Cheryl and Katherine are excellent for facials, and Natalie's lash perm changed my life! Plus they have monthly specials so you can try new treatments. Love!!!

This review is LONG OVER DUE for Natalie. I first met her a few years ago in the Marina in another beauty salon and I will never leave her! She is amazing!!! I can't imagine going anywhere else to get my eyebrows or waxing done.
