Called this company to see if they had a few items that I needed for 3 vehicles. They said yes they had those vehicles and parts. Took 45 minutes to get there. Then they wouldn't let my 11 year old son go into the junkyard to look with me. He had a STAND in the office and wait because they didn't have any chairs for customers to sit in. Then I had to PAY $2.00 to just go LOOK in the junkyard just to find out they didn't have anything that I needed!!!! RUDE & TERRIBLE customer service!!!!

I think the fact that you can diy pull is a plus. I learn a lot by pulling my own parts. Entrance fee is not my favorite part of the process but I like to think of it as a theme park for men.
