We met the cast from Pippin and the band Trick Pony in the bar all in the same night. It was crowded and the bar staff was on top of the crowd

The hostess could not multi task if her life depended on it. Servers look like being at work is an inconvenience to them.
Many grounds in my coffee. Not a good way to start my day. Buffet breakfast was edible.

Came for lunch but were told there would be a forty-five minute wait even though there were many empty tables. The hostess said they had that long a wait to get any food from the kitchen. We had the soup and salad buffet---a mistake--soup was cold and most of the salad fixings were just empty bowls! There was a convention...

They kind of have a corner on the breakfast market. If you're staying at the hotel and you want breakfast, unless you want to go outside, there isn't much else for you. It's a decent buffet but overpriced.

The food was good but very slow. We ordered an appetizer that came just as we were finishing our main course. The staff was overwhelmed and not apologetic of their mistake or the delay in getting food/service.
