I always enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is close to the business that I traveled there to do. Shopping was a little far away but acceptable.

My room was newly renovated and looked very nice, especially for a pet-friendly place. The bed was comfortable,and the shower was good with excellent towels. The in - room coffee maker was a dreaded slide- pod type, but slightly more eco-friendly with a reusable slide. Breakfast in the lobby included waffles, yogurt and hardboiled eggs. There is fitness room but...

This place is going to rock once all the renovations are completed. I just stayed in one of the NEW rooms and it was excellent. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I stay here once or twice a month and I would suggest to anyone staying in Fresno to check them out. Look forward to my next stay in April!

This hotel was convenient to the business I was attending and within the reimbursement range for my company. The room was decent and in good condition. It was not a remodeled room. The hotel is remodeling at this time and had a display of the new rooms. The bed was more firm than I prefer, but the sheets were clean...
