Poor work, refuses to fix it.

We used them through a general contractor for a rental home. They installed all new duct work, condenser unit, and air handler. However, the two front bedrooms (where children sleep) have little to no airflow. \t\n\t\nWe attempted to get them to come back out to deal with the issue, they refuse to fix it! They will not warranty work, so I do NOT recommend them since you only have one shot for...
