Avoid. Pizza's in the name but it's tough to find on the menu. It's a fleecing. One topping included. A whopping $1.75 for each extra ingredient. When the product of this extortion arrived, it was undercooked. My buddy's steak likewise. They fixed the steak by overcooking it. Excellent! (Bushland location

We visited the Bushland Location off highway 40 -leaving Amarillo. We were pleasantly surprised. The service was attentive and very friendly. The food was great, portions large.

Hidden gem

This is a locally-owned restaurant in Amarillo and my husband and I tried it for the first time a few weeks ago. It is in an old Popeyes Chicken building, but once you step inside, you would be hard pressed to know that this had once been a Popeyes (except for the etching still on the windows).

Joe’s is a family run and family oriented restaurant. Menu items are moderately priced. The cuisine is nearly 100% Italian. Glancing quickly over the menu the only non-Italian items listed were Buffalo Wings and a Hot Philadelphia Steak Sub. Since my visit was close to closing time my choice was the New York Style Pizza.
