I ordered two ink jet cartridges from Ink Farm. They were less than half the price of Walmart. The black cartridge was not reading correctly so Lindsy immediately sent me another Black Cartridge. This one worked perfectly. These were the first cartridges I have had in years that were completely full. I have purchased them from Lexmark that were just a little over half full. On my original order, they waived shipping and gave an extra 10% off. When I returned the old black cartridge, they gave me a prepaid label so the entire cost was for just the cartridges. There were no questions or statements asking me if I did something to the cartridge. They just immediately shipped a new one. They are the only company I will conduct business with in the future.
